Why do I need a UV sterilizer if I already have a water filter?

Filters remove sediment and chlorine — they cannot kill bacteria or viruses. In the Gulf, water sits in storage tanks at 40–50°C where bacteria multiply rapidly. ZeniRay destroys those microorganisms at the moment water flows to your tap. Filtration and ZeniRay do different jobs — together they protect you completely.

Is ZeniRay mercury-free?

Yes. ZeniRay uses UVC LED technology — no mercury, ever. Traditional UV sterilizers use mercury vapour lamps which contain toxic mercury. ZeniRay is mercury-free, lead-free, chemical-free, and RoHS & REACH compliant.

How long does a ZeniRay unit last?

The UVC LED module is rated for 5,000 active hours — hours when water is actually flowing. For a typical household drawing water 15–20 minutes per day, that's approximately 15–20 years of protection. A live display on the driver shows remaining hours at all times.

Which model do I need?

It depends on your property size. The 4 LPM under-sink model protects a single tap. The 10 LPM and 25 LPM whole-house models suit apartments and homes with 1–4 bathrooms.
