These Terms of Service govern your use of zeniray.com and your purchase of ZeniRay products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

ZeniRay is operated by Whimsy Win Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. References to "ZeniRay", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Whimsy Win Inc. Our website is zeniray.com. Contact: support@zeniray.com.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and authorised payment partners.
3. Shipping
All orders ship free worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ZeniRay is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Warranty
Unopened units may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Installed or opened units are not eligible for return. All ZeniRay products carry a 3-year replacement warranty. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty Policy.
5. Product Use & Installation
ZeniRay products are designed for installation by a qualified plumber or water treatment professional. We recommend professional installation to ensure correct setup and to preserve your warranty.
ZeniRay sterilizers are designed to inactivate microorganisms in water passing through the unit under rated flow conditions. They are not a substitute for comprehensive water treatment where other contaminants (heavy metals, chemicals) are present. Use in accordance with the product manual.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on zeniray.com — including text, images, product photography, brand identity, and copy — is the property of Whimsy Win Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeniRay's liability to you in connection with any order or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
